A reconditioned centrifuge is only as good as the shop that rebuilds it. Here is exactly what every remanufactured centrifuge from Dolphin receives - so you know what you are buying, and why these machines run reliably for decades.

What Every Remanufactured Unit Receives

• Bowl and critical rotating components visually inspected for excessive wear
• Every seal, gasket, friction pad, bearing, and fastener replaced - regardless of condition. Exposed fasteners are upgraded to stainless steel, beyond the zinc-plated hardware used as standard (including by the OEM).
• Rotating assembly vibration-checked; dynamically balanced as needed
• A full test run at rated speed before shipment, on a surrogate fluid (hydraulic oil or water)
• Operational data (running amps, performance) recorded on every unit; a signed Test or FAT report available on request (additional charges may apply)
• Backed by our 6-month mechanical warranty, plus ongoing technical support, available to the original purchaser, for the life of the machine

Why We Test Every Unit

Many sellers ship a reconditioned machine without ever running it. We don't. Every remanufactured centrifuge gets a full test run at rated speed before it leaves our floor - on a surrogate fluid such as hydraulic oil or water - and we record its operational data (running amps and performance). If you need formal documentation, a signed Test or Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) report is available on request. Either way, your machine is run and verified before it ships - not an unknown.

Warranty & Support

Our remanufactured centrifuges carry a 6-month mechanical warranty covering defects in parts, materials, and workmanship from the date of delivery, as specified in your formal proposal, plus ongoing technical support available to the original purchaser for the life of the machine. Standard exclusions apply (wear and consumable items such as seals, gaskets, friction material, and bearings).
