Stainless steel centrifuges are specially designed disc-stack centrifuges for separating corrosive chemicals and other aggressive process fluids. A pass-through feature allows continuous processing through stainless-steel centrifuges. A high centrifugal force of over 7,000 g separates fine sediment down to 0.5 micron.
The Alfa Laval stainless steel centrifuges are generally of the all-stainless steel contact design configuration. This design means that all the fluid contact parts are made of high-grade stainless steel (316L).

The Alfa Laval AFPX 213 Centrifuge is a self-cleaning, disc-stack, stainless-steel centrifuge with all wetted parts made of 316L stainless steel.
With a 15 HP Motor, the AFPX 213 centrifuge has a bowl RPM of 4,150 and is rated by Alfa Laval at 50 GPM on its original juice clarification duty.

Alfa Laval BRPX 313 Centrifuge
The Alfa Laval BRPX 313 Centrifuge is a disc-stack, stainless-steel centrifuge with all wetted parts made of 316L stainless steel.
With a 15 HP C1D2 Motor, the BRPX 313 centrifuge has a bowl RPM of 5,100 and can process plant extract ethanol clarification at 50 GPM. The control system is also suitable for Class I Div 2 hazardous area applications like plant extract ethanol polishing.
