The Alfa Laval NX 314 Decanter Centrifuge is a horizontal de-sludging centrifuge built for the two-phase separation of wastewater, crude oil tank bottoms, municipal sludge-thickening, industrial sludge dewatering, paint sludge handling, etc. With a 10 HP Motor, the NX 314 decanter has a bowl RPM of 4,000 and can process 25 GPM of ethanol hemp biomass slurry.

Bare Centrifuge vs Complete Plug-and-Play Module
Dolphin Centrifuge can supply an Alfa Laval NX-314 decanter as a loose centrifuge package or as a complete plug-and-play module. The right option depends on what equipment the customer already has on site.
A loose supplied decanter package includes the bare centrifuge and control panel only. This option is for customers who already have the feed pump, tanks, piping, sludge handling, and supporting equipment in place.
A complete plug-and-play module packages the decanter with the supporting equipment needed for a turnkey installation, such as the feed pump, clean oil tank, transfer pump, controls, and skid-mounted piping.

It runs at a bowl speed of 4,000 RPM and is applied to Cannabis Biomass Separation from Ethanol.
